SupportBench is a support software with base in Vancouver, BC. The challenge here was to update the website and brand in general. The
website didn’t have a mobile version and graphics were not very consistent, beside looking a bit dated, among some other issues

I worked with Vonigo in a variety of projects around their website. Worked on creating flows, wireframes, prototypes, digital illustrations, and final mockups to improve their website experience specifically for: Partner Program, Industry Pages, Support Portal, Customer Referral Program, Blog, Pricing, among others.

BungoBox had a couple of challenges in their booking system. Their system had some issues on mobile, especially in the navigation. BungoBox was looking for a way of offering more services on desktop and mobile, besides just box rental.
